Jason Dasey is an accomplished public speaker who’s hosted corporate, cultural and sporting events all over the world. Equally at home in front of a crowd as he is broadcasting to a worldwide television audience, Jason adds professionalism, credibility and charm.
Since 2002, Jason has hosted the annual Vertical Marathon at Singapore’s Swissotel The Stamford where runners climb 1336 steps at the tallest hotel in southeast Asia. In 2006, as auctioneer and master of ceremonies, Jason helped the President of Singapore, Mr. S.R. Nathan raise more than S$78,000 for children’s charities at the President’s Challenge Charity Golf. And in November 2008, he's due to host a corporate tennis event in Hong Kong featuring the sport's most successful doubles team, the Woodies.
In November 2005, Jason was invited to the CASBAA Convention in Hong Kong where he was a session host at the annual Asia-Pacific seminar for cable and satellite television. He also moderated a panel debate, “Hard Facts in a Real World”, in which industry leaders discussed some of the challenges facing broadcasters.
Other events hosted by Jason include a session of the 2004 ECKANKAR Seminar in Minneapolis, USA, the 2005 Phuket International Rugby 10’s, which raised money for tsunami-relief and the 2006 JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge where he oversaw a record crowd of 11,480 competitors in a 5.6km run in the heart of Singapore.
